avalon A13 FAQ's
Because you'll own your water cooler, there are no monthly rental fees, no water cooler leasing fees and no water jug delivery fees. All Avalon water coolers are Energy Star approved and very energy efficient so there is a minimal increase to the cost of your electric bill.
Our freestanding point-of-use water coolers are easy to install so there is no need to hire a plumber. However, if you are installing the Avalon A13 water cooler in a location that does not have a water line, you may want to have a plumber install a new water line.
We recommend that the water cooler's filters should be changed about every 6 months or after 1500 gallons of water used, depending on which comes first.
Our electric water coolers are not weather-proof and therefore not recommended to be used outdoors.
Depending on the usage, it is best to have 1 office water cooler for about 20-25 people. If you have a larger office or very heavy usage we would suggest additional units.
